About Our Style Hatha Yoga.

Bodies by Barry Personal Training is excited to offer the unique style of Hatha yoga to our clients, as it can be a great addition to any existing fitness routine. 

 

The practice of Hatha yoga focuses on restoring balance, developing physical strength and flexibility, and calming the mind. Through a series of poses and breathing exercises, the practitioner can gain an improved sense of mental peace and spiritual awareness. By practicing Hatha yoga, people can also benefit from improved posture, better circulation, and an overall sense of well-being. 

 

Hatha yoga is designed to help with stress management, improving sleep, and boosting immunity. It is also an excellent way to exercise the body and mind. Through proper practice, the individual can learn to move with more awareness and control, leading to improved balance and coordination.

Our Yoga Classes.

Evening Flow.

Bodies by Barry Evening Yoga Flow class every Wednesday's   at 6 pm is designed to help you relax after a long day of work or study. The class focuses on breathing techniques, stretching, and calming the mind by reducing stress and the style also helps improve your immunity.

 

We also emphasize mindful movement to help re-energize your body and mind for the evening. Our experienced instructors will help guide you through a series of postures and flows that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Our morning flow class every Saturday morning at 1 Pm is the perfect place for anyone looking to begin their yoga journey.

 

The class focuses on restoring balance, developing physical strength, and increasing flexibility. With regular practice, people can also benefit from improved posture, better circulation, and an overall sense of well-being.
